Coach Jorge Perez

Jorge Perez, Head Baseball Coach at STU, operates the Showcase Prospect Camp, providing top instruction at all positions from the STU, Barry, & Lynn University coaching staff. Players will learn from the same drills and techniques learned by players at these Universities. These techniques have helped win many conference championships and earned participation to the NAIA & NCAA College World Series.

Equipment to bring:

Each camper must bring his own baseball equipment. Players should bring a glove, bat, cleats/spikes, running shoes or turf shoes, baseball cap, and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. Catchers must bring their own gear. Helmets will be provided. Every camper in attendance will be given an STU Baseball T-Shirt to be worn during camp. However, all campers must bring their own baseball pants.

10:30am - 11:45am Defensive Segment and Evaluation
12:00pm - 1:00pm Lunch at the STU Market Place
1:30pm - 4:30pm Infield / Outfield & Live Hitting Segment
4:30pm - 5:00pm Dismissal
   
Monday (August 9)
9:00am - 11:30am Double Header Game
   
Tuesday (August 10)
9:00am - 11:30am Double Header Game

4-games for each prospect
Players will be coached by different universities

Refund policy:

When you make a commitment to participate in our camp, we also make a commitment to you. Your spot is guaranteed at the camp and we limit the number of slots at each camp so that each player has equal and fair playing time. As a result, refunds are not given. Scheduling conflicts or weather conditions are not cause for refund.
