Required Forms

All required forms should be submitted to the World Baseball Federation (WBF) as soon as possible. Having this information in advance will give WBF an opportunity to review all compliance issues as well as space and matching fund requirements that may be critical to the tournament's success. A copy of the player's birth certificate must be sent as well.
